Trogir was founded by the Greeks in the 3rd century BC. Its old part,preserved till today, consists of Renaissance and Gothic buildings, built in period from 13-15th century.Special attention is drawn to the church of St. Ivan and a monument of Renaissance culture-portal of the cathedral of St. Lovre made by master Radovan. Town Trogir is connected to island Čiovo by the bridge. Trogir has recently been entered under the protection of UNESCO.
The excursion continues to town Split whose sights have 1700 years old history. You will visit the palace of Roman emperor Diocletian's, palace cellars,Peristil, the Golden and Silver Gates,St. Dujam cathedral, Temple of Jupiter. After visiting the old town you will have free time to walk along the city alone.
