1.15 Portal destinationADRIATIC.com or any other entity or physical person which participated in the creation and making of this Internet page, is not responsible for any kind of damage which might occur from the access to information, using or impossibility of information use on thi pages or any other mistake or lack in its contents.

1.16 Portal destinationADRIATIC.com and tourist agency Atlantis Travel d.o.o. are not responsible for luggage or other private things which are destroyed, lost, damaged or stolen before, during and after excursion booked through he portal. Lost luggage or theft is registered at the provider of accommodation service, agency and authorized police station.

1.17 Portal destinationADRIATIC.com and tourist agency Atlantis Travel d.o.o. do not take responsibility in case of injury, accident, death, any other kind of damage, loss or delay of service by third party, no matter if it is client or other service provider.

1.18 On portal destinationADRIATIC.com for every published excursion it is clearly defined the price which may vary depending on the date and town of departure and number of passengers, children and babies. Price quotations are subject to change without notice.

1.19 Portal destinationADRIATIC.com has the right at any time to change published prices (for example change in exchange rate, economical changes in country, changes in terms of other service providers and so on).

1.20 Portal destinationADRIATIC.com has the right to change these using terms at any time and it will not be responsible for possible circumstances made by these changes.

2. SALE TERMS

2.1 Excursion booking
1.By the use of search on the left side "ONLINE EXCURSION BOOKING" find and choose excursion. We recommend to read useful information about excursion.
2.From the left side fill in parameters "Excursion booking" in a way that you choose one of the possible departure dates, departure town and number of adult passengers, children or babies. Under the item "Total" the total excursion price will be formed.
3. By the click on "Book" button you are led to safe page to fill in personal information, information on credit card and other necessary information. 4. At the bottom by the click on button "Complete booking" you finish process of online excursion booking and confirm that you are acquainted with and that you accept Terms of use.
5. On mail address which we have marked under item "Other information" you will receive confirmation on booking with the link to PDF version of ticket which is suitable for saving and printing.

2.2 Ways and terms of payment
The excursions are paid only online, by credit cards American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners or Discover. While making reservations of excursion the procedure leads you to page secure.atlantis-travel.hr which is protected by SSL protocol 128- bit encryption which protects WSpay system and enables safe entering of information from your card.

2.2.1 Conversion statement
Payment is always done in the Croatian Kuna.

The amount that will be charged to your credit card is realized in such a way that the Croatian Kuna is converted into your currency at the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When you are charged, the amount is converted into your local currency at the exchange rate of credit card that you paid.

As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

2.3 Cancelation and reversal of excursions

• The organizer has the right not to hold the excursion in the case that the minimum number of passengers was not registered (min. 6 tourists) or in case of force majeure.
• in case that the tourist cancel the excursion reservation up to 48 hours before the beginning of the excursion, organizer has the right to charge 20% of total excursion price
• in case that the tourist cancel the reservation before the starting of excursion within 48 hours before or less, organizer has the right to charge full excursion price
• for excursions bought from the other representative we do not hold any responsibility and we do not accept any kind of reclamations for that excursions
• during the excursion, tourists are required to keep ticket-bill because of possible controls. In the event that no ticket-bill, paid a penalty whose amount to 3 times higher than the price of the ticket

2.4 Reclamations and complaints
Reclamations and complaints on excursion, guide and other segments of excursion you can send by e-mail on address croatia@atlantis-travel.hr , message subject "Reclamation (or Complaint) on excursion". In your message you need to state the name of excursion, excursion date and the reason for reclamation or complaint. The management of tourist agency Atlantis Travel d.o.o. will consider your every reclamation or complaint and decide if there is solid ground for making the same. If the reclamation or complaint is justified it will be proceeded with the actions in order to solve this disputable situation in a fast and effective way for both parties.

NOTIFICATION ON THE METHOD OF SUBMITTING THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT

In accordance with Art. 6 item 3 of the Law on Provision of Services in Tourism ("Narodne novine" 130/17) we inform customers that a complaint which express their dissatisfaction with respect to the purchased product or service provided may be submitted in writing and in the business premises and they will receive confirmation of this objection without any delay. Statement concerning the protection of personal data

3.1 Portal destinationADRIATIC.com is obliged to provide protection of personal information of buyers, in the way to ask for only necessary, main information on buyers/users which are needed for fulfilment of our duties; informs buyers about the way of using of collected information, regularly give the buyers possibility of choice on using of their information, including possibility of decision whether they want or not their name to be cleared from the list which is used for advertising campaign. All the information on users are strictly protected and available only to employees who use it for proceeding the job. All the employees of portal destinationADRIATIC.com and business partners are reliable for compliance of privacy protection principles.

4. STATEMENT ON CONVERSION / CURRENCY CONVERSION (FOR FOREIGN CITIZENS)

4.1 All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.

5. ACCEPTANCE OF USING TERMS
