2. SALE TERMS
2.1 Excursion booking
1.By the use of search on the left side “ONLINE EXCURSION BOOKING” find and choose excursion. We recommend to read useful information about excursion.
2.From the left side fill in parameters “ Excursion booking” in a way that you choose one of the possible departure dates, departure town and number of adult passengers, children or babies. Under the item “Total” the total excursion price will be formed.
3. By the click on “Book” button you are led to safe page to fill in personal information, information on credit card and other necessary information.
5. On mail address which we have marked under item “Other information” you will receive confirmation on booking with the link to PDF version of ticket which is suitable for saving and printing.
2.2 Ways and terms of payment
The excursions are paid only online, by credit cards American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners or Discover. While making reservations of excursion the procedure leads you to page secure.atlantis-travel.hr which is protected by SSL protocol 128- bit encryption which protects WSpay system and enables safe entering of information from your card.
2.2.1 Conversion statement
Payment is always done in the Croatian Kuna.
The amount that will be charged to your credit card is realized in such a way that the Croatian Kuna is converted into your currency at the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When you are charged, the amount is converted into your local currency at the exchange rate of credit card that you paid.
As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price
stated in our web site.
2.3 Cancelation and reversal of excursions
- The organizer has the right not to hold the excursion in the case that the minimum number of passengers was not registered (min. 6 tourists) or in case of force majeure.
- in case that the tourist cancel the excursion reservation up to 48 hours before the beginning of the excursion, organizer has the right to charge 20% of total excursion price
- in case that the tourist cancel the reservation before the starting of excursion within 48 hours before or less, organizer has the right to charge full excursion price
- for excursions bought from the other representative we do not hold any responsibility and we do not accept any kind of reclamations for that excursions
- during the excursion, tourists are required to keep ticket-bill because of possible controls. In the event that no ticket-bill, paid a penalty whose amount to 3 times higher than the price of the ticket
2.4 Reclamations and complaints
Reclamations and complaints on excursion, guide and other segments of excursion you can send by e-mail on address firstname.lastname@example.org
, message subject “Reclamation (or Complaint) on excursion”. In your message you need to state the name of excursion, excursion date and the reason for reclamation or complaint. The management of tourist agency Atlantis Travel d.o.o. will consider your every reclamation or complaint and decide if there is solid ground for making the same. If the reclamation or complaint is justified it will be proceeded with the actions in order to solve this disputable situation in a fast and effective way for both parties.
NOTIFICATION ON THE METHOD OF SUBMITTING THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT
In accordance with Art. 6 item 3 of the Law on Provision of Services in Tourism ("Narodne novine" 130/17) we inform customers that a complaint which express their dissatisfaction with respect to the purchased product or service provided may be submitted in writing and in the business premises and they will receive confirmation of this objection without any delay.
